Check that your device is running the latest firmware using the official setup flow. Then choose to create a new wallet. Your device generates the wallet’s private keys securely; they are never sent to a website or support agent.

What if I already have a recovery seed? ＋

If you are recovering an existing wallet, choose the recovery option in the official setup flow and follow the device prompts. Never enter an existing seed into a computer or a third-party website.
